Sales ManagementDirectly manage and lead a Sales team of 25+ individual contributors and 4+ managers, fostering a high-performance culture of success, ownership, and growth.Recruit, coach, and develop sales talent to exceed sales and operational targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.Engage in strategic sales opportunities and drive the day-to-day leadership of the inside sales team.Ensure the effective application of sales methodology and departmental standards.Develop, execute, and refine sales strategies, processes, and workflows to maximise customer engagement, bookings, and revenue growth.Leadership and ManagementMonitor and assess sales reps and teams for quota attainment, policy adherence, and create action plans as needed.Develop and present business reviews with insights to drive future sales opportunities and strategies.Foster a high-performing, energised culture with a focus on reward and recognition.Maintain an accurate sales forecast and instil a sense of urgency within the team.Serve as a Player-Manager, contributing individually while leading the team.Build strong relationships with C / VP-level clients and channel partners; deliver exceptional sales presentations and regular leadership reports on target achievements.You Have :7+ years of sales management experience, ideally in a high-volume inbound and outbound environment.At least 3 years of experience managing and developing sales managers.Strong B2B and SaaS background, with preference for experience in enterprise B2B SaaS and business applications.Expertise in consultative selling and MEDDIC methodology.Proven track record in managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including contract negotiations and legal reviews.Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Salesforce and sales / customer management systems.Skilled in solution packaging, proposal design, and contract negotiations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Experience with SaaS collaboration products and Salesforce.com is a plus.Get to Know Us :At Smartsheet, we've created a place where everyone is welcome people from all over the world, all backgrounds, all ages, all colors, and all beliefs working side by side.Here, everyone can make a difference and empower others to do the same.
