We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support (Level 1 & 2) to join our IT team in Sydney.
Job Role and Key Responsibilities: Applying technical knowledge to resolve faults;
Providing technical support and advice to end users;
Providing IT support for Internal / External Seminars and Training;
Responding to calls from internal clients;
Communicating progress of inquiries from receipt to closure to users;
Maintaining the helpdesk call system;
Provide detailed ticket information and escalation as required
Managing loan equipment and asset system
Assisting with IT training for the Sydney staff.
Supporting the execution of IT projects as required.
Maintaining positive relationships with all employees- especially in Sydney.
Maintains cyber security at all times. Cultivate an awareness of security risks, stay informed of latest cyber threats, instil best cybersecurity practises and take practical steps to protect the firm and client from cyberattacks.

Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Experience within a client centred organisation.
Exposure/experience in the following:
Windows 10/11
Active Directory;
Intune
Group Policy
Microsoft 365
Basic Networking;
Call logging software
Telephone Support.
