We have a sound business model for growth and are currently restructuring our business for 2025.We are a family-oriented business and believe in work/life balance with strong systems and processes in place.We are looking for a Chef, Cook who is passionate about coffee, food, and the cafe industry and is eager to work with the best team of coffee roasters and baristas in the Southern Highlands.
You will also need to engage with our customers.This is a great opportunity to work with one of the biggest and busiest cafe businesses as well as with the most innovative, proactive, and forward-thinking coffee roasting business in the Southern Highlands.

This is a full-time or casual position with around 38-40 hours per week.
