Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in building and maintaining relationships with clients. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career. ResponsibilitiesAs a key member of the branch, you will enjoy a varied day including:Providing expert administrative support to the real estate team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships.Communicate and engage with stakeholders in the sales pipeline.Developing and preparing documentation, such as advertising, contracts, information memorandums.Accurately recording funds, completing trust fund transfers and supporting the debt collection processCreating promotional and marketing materials for both the branch and customer to actively generate demand and differentiate the Elders brandMaintain and continual upgrading of the existing data base.
