About the role We are looking for a Rural Real Estate Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis. Our Rural Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business with a specific focus on rural real estate. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. In this role the primary focus is on Rural Real Estate, with the opportunity.
Responsibilities As a Rural Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:
List, market and sell propertiesBuild and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needsParticipate in Branch business development programsAchieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertisingEnsure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirementsWork with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunitiesMaximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community eventsAbout you To succeed at Elders, you:
Possess local real estate industry experience and associated networks in the location.Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties.Hold a Real Estate licence (essential) and a current driver's licence.Have demonstrated Real Estate marketing skills.Possess an understanding of Real Estate LegislationHave excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skillsHave a keen eye for detail.Area a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skillsAre smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology including use of in market tools for research and open to training in the base CRM platform.About Elders Elders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
