There is sufficient scope in this role to challenge an experienced banker as well as developing an emerging banker – as such graduates or recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.Your primary responsibilities include:Complete annual credit reviewsUndertake financial analysisMonitor and grow a portfolio of Rural Branch accountsFoster an environment of continuous improvementSkills and experienceKnowledge of the rural industry will be advantageousUnderstands banking/lending policies and proceduresMaintains a strong relationship with key clientsWhat we're proud to offer you:Rabo@Anywhere is our hybrid way of working at Rabobank and for Australia, which means we have a blend of time working between the office and home.Wellbeing leave.
