About the roleWe are seeking a new Senior Rural Manager to join our Dalby branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
We are looking for people with:
Ambition to learn and grow further by taking the next step in your career.Experience in a similar role; looking for an organisation with purpose, a deeper connection with the team and clients.Residing in Dalby or surrounds and well connected in the community, or perhaps you are willing to relocate for the right role.Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a portfolio of rural clients, in accordance with bank and branch goals for profitability, client satisfaction and credit quality.
You will naturally be relationship driven, focusing on how you can value add to your client portfolio through innovative ideas and your passion for the rural sector.
