As the
Head of Program Delivery , you will play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring our training team, overseeing program schedules, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional educational experiences. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Management:
Lead and mentor a team of trainers, facilitators, and curriculum writers.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
Program Coordination:
Develop and maintain comprehensive training schedules.
Ensure resources are effectively allocated and programs are delivered on time.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Maintain compliance with relevant standards and industry regulations.
Regularly review and refine training programs to ensure quality and consistency.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
Act as a key point of contact between students, trainers, and external collaborators.
About You
We're looking for an experienced leader with a passion for education and a track record of delivering results.
Key Selection Criteria:
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven leadership in education and training.
Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent) desirable.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and workforce planning abilities.
Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge:
Understanding of vocational education and training compliance.
Familiarity with program scheduling and resource management.
