DescriptionKivells are looking to recruit Rural Graduates/Apprentice Surveyors to join our Early Careers Programme to start in September 2025.
The position provides the opportunity to work within our Professional Services Department and/or Livestock and Machinery Departments and will include hands-on client facing work from the start.
There will be a broad spectrum of work which could include the following:
Farms, Land and Rural AgencyGrants, Subsides and Environmental ManagementLandlord and TenantCompulsory Purchase and CompensationLivestock and Machinery AuctionsThe position presents an excellent opportunity for keen and enthusiastic individuals to join a progressive and passionate firm of Land Agents and Auctioneers during an exciting period of growth and to build a career with a well-regarded South West firm.
Training and SupportWe understand the significance of good training and support for our Trainees and therefore offer structured APC training programmes which include regular meetings with designated Supervisors and Counsellors.
We will pay for RICS and CAAV membership and the cost of your first APC assessment and CAAV exam.
Once you have passed your APC, you will have a meeting with your manager to discuss your future career development.

The CandidateRequirements Applicants will preferably be studying an RICS accredited degree or looking to start a RICS accredited apprenticeship degree in September 2025 with relevant work experience or placements. The skills and characteristics we are looking for include:
