Service Manager/Leading Hand required for a family owned and operated reputable company located in Kununurra, Western Australia.

About the Role:
Start date: Immediate start; Duties: Manage day-to-day service operations, scheduling and field service jobs; Provide exceptional customer service & support; Lead, mentor & train technicians; Adhere to and maintain safety standards; Ensure service vehicles are equipped, organised and comply with safety standards.
About you:
Must have strong technical experience in agricultural machinery, equipment, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs - both in the workshop and field settings; Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team; Possess excellent customer service & communication skills; Problem solving skills in resolving complex technical issues in varied settings; Ability to work well in a team; Proficient in service management software or similar systems; Non-smoker preferred (not essential).
