We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Flying Doctor Service South Eastern Section (RFDS SE) as the Rural and Remote Clinical Educator.
The Role The Rural and Remote Clinical Educator will be responsible for delivering the education and training programs for all clinical areas and undertaking assessments in line with mandatory training and scope of practice.
You will collaborate with a talented team of highly skilled professionals to manage, develop and coordinate nursing and midwifery training activities including specific needs for the aviation environment, supporting the delivery of improved health outcomes to the communities we serve.
Minimum Requirements: Relevant nursing registration with AHPRA and Nursing and Midwifery Board of AustraliaPostgraduate registrations in Midwifery / Critical Care (ED/ICU)Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or willing to achieve within 6 months)Clinical competence in area of practiceMaintenance of advanced clinical practice skills and competencies (e.g., BLS/ACLS)Our Values: Our values of Reliability, Care, Trust and Safety shape the way we work as individuals, as team members and with the communities we serve.
