+Knowledge of MOD and specifically Defence Digital(DD) Organisational construct. +Knowledge and understanding of DD service model - OSM, Service Executives, GOSCC, First Line service provision, multi-provider environment, etc. +Lead on service improvements where they apply to OSM activity and other providers, seeking customer support to arbitrate wherever appropriate +SC clearance is essential My client has a requirement for a interim Run Lead Consultant to jon them for a 2 mongth period to carry out the following: Bring live service perspective, issues plans to SLT for awareness/attention Validate and shape SLT Live Service change proposals and resource changes Customer Management Escalation point for Live Service Issues Service Improvement Significant Release Management If you would like to discuss the role in further detail, please send your CV to (see below) and I will get in touch.
