Ruby On Rails Developer

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Rails Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails and be passionate about building scalable and efficient web applications.
Responsibilities
• 3 years+ Ruby on Rails experience
• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improve existing ones
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Ruby on Rails technologies and best practices
Requirements
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Experience with Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends
