Ruby Developer

Ruby Developer Initial Contract until June 2025 with possibility for extension Adelaide Based position We are looking for a Ruby Developer to work on a data extraction to support migration from on-premise to cloud based system.
The role will be responsible for developing Oracle SQL queries and Ruby scripts to extract and transform data from the source system into a flat format for importing into the new system.
This is critical for the successful and efficient delivery of the research system in the calendar year.
KEY SKILLS: Experience with Ruby on Rails development Proven knowledge of relational data and Oracle SQL database Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and proactive approach.
Strong time management skills, adaptable and detail-oriented.
Demonstrated ability in problem solving, working well under pressure and meeting work deadlines.
