Australasian Drilling Institute – Cairns QLD
As the RTO Training Operations Manager at Australasian Drilling Institute Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This is a full-time position based in Cairns or Brisbane, QLD, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our vocational training programs.
What you'll be doing Manage the planning, coordination, and implementation of RTO training programs to meet organisational objectives and industry standards Oversee the development and maintenance of training materials, resources, and assessment tools Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes Supervise and mentor a team of trainers and assessors, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the leadership team, to identify and address training needs Represent the RTO at industry events and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar RTO management or leadership role Detailed knowledge of the vocational education and training (VET) sector, including regulatory requirements and industry best practices Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement Demonstrated skills in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management Proficiency in the use of relevant training and assessment software and technologies A relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Education, Training, or Business Management Certificate IV Training and Assessing What we offer At Australasian Drilling Institute Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
