Australasian Drilling Institute – Cairns QLDAs the RTO Training Operations Manager at Australasian Drilling Institute Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This is a full-time position based in Cairns or Brisbane, QLD, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our vocational training programs.What you'll be doingManage the planning, coordination, and implementation of RTO training programs to meet organisational objectives and industry standardsOversee the development and maintenance of training materials, resources, and assessment toolsEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and quality assurance processesSupervise and mentor a team of trainers and assessors, providing guidance and support to enhance their performanceLiaise with internal stakeholders, including the leadership team, to identify and address training needsRepresent the RTO at industry events and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholdersMonitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategiesWhat we're looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in a similar RTO management or leadership roleDetailed knowledge of the vocational education and training (VET) sector, including regulatory requirements and industry best practicesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levelsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvementDemonstrated skills in team leadership, mentoring, and performance managementProficiency in the use of relevant training and assessment software and technologiesA relevant tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Education, Training, or Business ManagementCertificate IV Training and AssessingWhat we offerAt Australasian Drilling Institute Pty Ltd, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
