The Role Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will oversee the daily operations, coordinate training activities, and ensure compliance with the VET Quality Framework.
This is a critical role that combines strategic development, business growth, and team leadership, all while working closely with external partners and government bodies.
This is a full-time permanent position, located in West Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities Provide operational leadership to the RTO, ensuring compliance with ASQA regulations and the VET Quality Framework.Drive the growth and development of the RTO by leading a team of specialist trainers and contractors.Develop and implement innovative training programs tailored to the needs of the caravan industry.Monitor budget performance, including income and expenses, ensuring alignment with agreed targets.Manage audit processes and ensure high standards in training delivery and assessment.Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, government bodies, and external partners.Manage recruitment, performance development, and the professional growth of employees.Ensure continuous improvement by overseeing quality assurance/internal audits.The Successful Candidate Relevant qualifications in training, education, business, or a related field.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110).Proven experience in managing an RTO and an understanding of the VET Quality Framework and compliance requirements.Strong business acumen, with experience in developing and managing budgets.Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams, with the ability to inspire and support staff development.If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please click the 'Apply for this job' button.
