RTO Resource Developers (Contract) Our RTO is growing – we are contracting! Are you skilled at unpacking units of competency? Are you creative and motivated in developing quality learning resources and assessment tools? Have you developed e-learning content for Learning Management Systems? Do you thrive on creative thinking and problem solving for quality outcomes? Can you work to a development schedule? At the Australian Trade Training College, we pride ourselves on ensuring our students who undertake a range of qualifications have access to quality learning resources and compliant assessment tools to enable them to successfully obtain their training outcomes. Current training packages being reviewed and developed include AUR, BSB, CPC, FSK, ICT, MEM, MSF, RII, SIR, SIT, TLI, UEE.
Role of the Resource Developer: Resource Developers in our RTO work closely with all departments, trainers/assessors, and subject matter experts to develop quality, compliant learning resources and assessment tools in formats such as printed workbooks and e-learning.
Resource developers in our RTO take responsibility for:
Industry current learning content across multiple Training Packages Compliant, cohort relevant learning and assessment content E-learning flow for Learning Management System Industry Trainer/assessor feedback liaison About you: Competent knowledge of Training Packages and interpreting assessment requirements Experience in resource design and development Extensive experience in assessment tool design Strong familiarity or experience using and designing for LMS platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive, can-do approach to flexible learning options Collaborative Entity set up as proprietary limited Company or Trust only Hold current insurances Minimum requirements: Current Qualification TAE40116, equivalent or above Practical application and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programmes Highly desirable - e-learning platforms and student management systems experience Strong focus on detail for quality outcomes Efficient time-management skills to plan, organise, and prioritise effectively The Australian Trade Training College is proud to be a supportive, flexible, and inclusive organisation.
