Current training packages being reviewed and developed include AUR, BSB, CPC, FSK, ICT, MEM, MSF, RII, SIR, SIT, TLI, UEE.Role of the Resource Developer:Resource Developers in our RTO work closely with all departments, trainers/assessors, and subject matter experts to develop quality, compliant learning resources and assessment tools in formats such as printed workbooks and e-learning.Resource developers in our RTO take responsibility for:Industry current learning content across multiple Training PackagesCompliant, cohort relevant learning and assessment contentE-learning flow for Learning Management SystemIndustry Trainer/assessor feedback liaisonAbout you:Competent knowledge of Training Packages and interpreting assessment requirementsExperience in resource design and developmentExtensive experience in assessment tool designStrong familiarity or experience using and designing for LMS platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive, can-do approach to flexible learning optionsCollaborativeEntity set up as proprietary limited Company or Trust onlyHold current insurancesMinimum requirements:Current Qualification TAE40116, equivalent or abovePractical application and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite programmesHighly desirable - e-learning platforms and student management systems experienceStrong focus on detail for quality outcomesEfficient time-management skills to plan, organise and prioritise effectivelyThe Australian Trade Training College is proud to be a supportive, flexible and inclusive organisation.To Apply:Submit your application by forwarding:Cover letter indicating your interest and suitability to the roleResume indicating relevant qualifications, work history, and experienceCurrent ACN/ABN ReportCurrent insurances held.Successful applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.A current Working with Children Blue Card and National Police Check is required and can be arranged for the suitable applicant.
