NV College is a National Registered Training Organisation (40787) delivering accredited training and assessment across the Coffs Harbour to Kempsey region.
We are seeking an experienced RTO Quality Assurance Officer based in our Coffs Harbour College, who will be responsible for ensuring the compliance and regulatory requirements of our RTO operations. This role will work closely with our other team members to ensure our training and assessment practices meet the necessary standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the RTO compliance framework against ASQA RTO Standards and other key contract requirementsConduct internal auditingMaintain a document control and continuous improvement systemMaintain the RTO validation systemAssist with external auditsComplete AVETMISS reporting requirementsMonitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates are implementedTo be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or similar rolePrevious experience working within a Registered Training Organisation is desirableKnowledge of ASQA standards, VET Quality Framework and Smart & Skilled is desirableSound business acumen with problem-solving skills and an eye for detailExperience working with a student management system is desirableCurrent Driver's Licence and the ability to travel between different sitesWhat we offer: The opportunity to be part of a progressive and growing RTO that provides salary packaging and flexible working arrangements.
