An opportunity is now available for a RTO Quality Assurance Manager to join our domestic VET division. This full time role will be based in Brisbane CBD or Adelaide CBD. You will be joining a flourishing organisation with an established reputation for producing quality, industry-ready graduates.
Reporting to the General Manager, this senior management role, will collaborate with other department heads in Marketing, Sales and Operations & Administration to support our growth of our domestic footprint. You will develop and implement quality assurance frameworks inline with regulatory standards. As part of your remit you will also oversee the product development project inline with our operational requirements.
To be considered for this role, you will: A thorough understanding of the Standard's for RTO's and how to operationalise them into every day practice Hands on experience in contextualising assessment resources and instructional design.  Prior experience managing state funding contracts Experience in learning and assessment product development  Be a strategic thinker that can develop and implement QA strategies and frameworks Extensive leadership skills to lead and grow our domestic footprint  Be a champion communicator that can drive cultural change and bring teams together to excel Selection criteria are as follows: Extensive experience in a compliance management role within a domestic RTO Experience in liaising with stakeholders such as funding bodies and regulators Understand the ASQA performance assessment process  Thorough knowledge of Student Management Systems (aXcelerate preferred) and Learning Management Systems Demonstrated experience in vocational education and training Strong level of interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organisation Hold a VET related qualification The NextEd Values are: BE BOLD – Courageous and forward-thinking people who are inspired to deliver and support impactful innovation and growth strategies.
