Your expertise will ensure that our training programs meet national standards and are delivered in a culturally appropriate manner. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute to the professional growth of others while making a positive impact on the community.Your ResponsibilitiesPlanning: Develop and coordinate the Certificate IV Mental Health training program, ensuring all materials are updated and ready for delivery.Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions in alignment with adult learning principles and KAMS health protocols.Assessment: Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback while maintaining compliance with RTO standards.Evaluation: Participate in evaluations to continuously improve the training programs and student outcomes.Who You AreIf you are an enthusiastic educator with a passion for mental health and a commitment to supporting Aboriginal communities, we want to hear from you!
