We serve a population base predominantly Aboriginal, of approximately 3,800 people - many with chronic illnesses requiring early detection and amelioration.About the OpportunitySunrise Health Service Aboriginal Corporation has an opportunity for a Registered Training Organisation Manager to join their dedicated team based in Katherine. The role will manage and grow the RTO training services across the region in collaboration with the Executive Manager of Corporate Services. The role plays a central part in developing, implementing, managing and reporting on robust and effective compliance, quality and risk management frameworks and practices within the RTO.About You!The successful candidate will ideally have:Proven RTO management experience with a strong track record of building, motivating and engaging staff.Demonstrated the ability to manage a team to achieve institutional strategic objectives, targets and KPIs.A strong knowledge and understanding of the RTO Standards, Government funding program requirements and nationally endorsed training.The ability to develop effective relationships with executive management and staff, maintain trust and confidentiality.Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, including advanced written communication skills and the ability to effectively consult and negotiate with a range of internal and external stakeholders.Proactively monitor the quality of training and assessment delivery, identify issues and implement solutions.Preparation of reports in accordance with funding program requirements.Sunrise is seeking an individual who can display the initiative, discretion and cultural sensitivity needed to support and drive this program across the organisation.
