As a Contract Coordinator, you will work with employers, employment service providers, and other key stakeholders to identify training needs to support employment opportunities and bridge the skills shortage gaps.

The Contract Coordinator will support planning the delivery of programs with trainers and educators and monitor the success of the program through meeting the key deliverables of RTO contracts.
You will:Conduct research and labour market intelligence to understand both the skills shortages and training needs of the local regions in which programs will be delivered.Work with key stakeholders to plan non-accredited programs required for the local region.Support the WISE Marketing team with creating engaging material to promote courses across all regions.Meet with prospective students to understand their training needs and prepare them for enrolment into courses.Develop Course Delivery Plans for the RTO administration team to ensure accurate and timely entry into the RTO Student Management System.Provide project administration including enrolment, commencement, and attendance data entry into the RTO Student Management System.Support trainers with course-specific requirements.Facilitate professional development activities for trainers and support staff linked with RTO programs.Provide an inclusive, student-centered environment across all RTO programs.Ensure effective file management of the program records.Provide information to external agencies in relation to the program content, schedule, participation requirements, and eligibility criteria.Ensure that information provided to internal and external stakeholders is current, accurate, and provided in a professional and helpful manner.Attend various network meetings independently and in collaboration with Regional Local Jobs Facilitators.Why should you join WISE Employment?Excellent salary package including base salary, superannuation, not-for-profit salary packaging (tax savings), a company laptop & iPhone, and more.A thriving organisation that genuinely cares for its people, our customers, and the community at large.Fantastic reward and recognition initiatives and ongoing learning and development (including full training upon commencement).Access to a generous range of employee benefits, including an annual Diversity Day, the ability to purchase additional annual leave, and various healthy lifestyle initiatives.Access to exclusive benefits and discounts from leading retailers.What will you bring to the role?Demonstrated key stakeholder engagement experience.Demonstrated experience in report management on key deliverables of projects.Excellent administrative, clerical, and organisational skills.Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office 365.Strong focus on customer centricity.Ability to problem solve including analysing and summarizing information and making decisions.Willingness to be solution-focused while also supporting internal and external partners.Values that include professional conduct, an enthusiastic manner, and approachability.Certificate IV in TAE (current) or relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and experience.An understanding of employment services and training support is preferred, but not essential.Demonstrated experience with aXcelerate as a Student Management System preferred, but not essential.Computer literacy and the ability to learn new computer systems.Current driver's license.The successful candidate will have the legal right to work in Australia and will be required to complete a National Police Clearance Check, Working with Children's Check, and NDIS Screening clearance prior to being offered a role with WISE Employment.
