Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Support Person to join our team.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our RTO meets and exceeds all regulatory requirements and maintains the highest standards of quality in our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance policies and procedures.
Monitor compliance with ASQA regulations and other relevant standards.
Assist with internal audits and reviews to ensure continuous improvement in our practices.
Support the preparation and submission of compliance documentation and reports.
Coordinate staff training on quality assurance and compliance matters.
Assist in the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues and complaints.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality assurance activities.
Assist with the development and maintenance of the trainer matrix, ensuring that all trainer qualifications, experience, and professional development activities are up-to-date.
Ensure that all educational programs meet the required standards and regulations.
Ensure that trainer files are complete and compliant with institutional and regulatory requirements.
Support the development and review of course materials and assessments to ensure they meet quality standards.
Coordinate with trainers and academic staff to gather feedback and implement improvements.
Assist in aligning curriculum with industry standards and student needs.
Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in Education preferred TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Previous experience in a quality assurance or compliance role within an RTO or similar educational environment.
Strong understanding of ASQA regulations and the VET Quality Framework.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
Successful applicants will be required to undergo a police check.
