This position is a key player in both compliance leadership and driving innovation, working across internal audits, external audits, and strategic projects.What You'll Do:Oversee and coordinate national internal audit schedules for regulatory and funded training.Lead responses to external audits and ensure our practices meet the highest standards.Mentor and guide teams to elevate operational performance and reduce risks.Ensure all courses on our scope of registration are compliant and up to date.Explore emerging industry opportunities and contribute to cutting-edge projects.Lead platform and system implementation to boost performance and drive continuous improvement.What You Bring to the Team:A minimum of 3 years of experience in the vocational education sector.In-depth knowledge of Regulatory requirements and experience working with State Bodies on funded training programs.A Certificate IV in Training and Assessing is essential; a Diploma of Auditing (or working towards it) will make you stand out!RTO experience is a must.What We Offer:Flexibility in your work arrangements to support your lifestyle.Access to generous professional development opportunities to grow and advance your career.Be a part of a forward-thinking team of Compliance and Quality professionals, collaborating with Managers, Trainers, and Administrators across multiple states.Interstate travel opportunities as part of our national compliance and audit initiatives.Who You'll Work With: Reporting directly to our Compliance and Training Innovation Manager, you'll be working alongside a dedicated and innovative team of professionals.If you're driven by a passion for excellence in vocational education and want to help shape the future of industry training, we'd love to hear from you!
