About the Company: Coex Training (RTO 41119) is an Australian based, global reaching Organisation specialising in the delivery of post trade electrical training designed specifically to maintain onsite compliance, deliver competent and confident workers and ensure the overall safety of all personal working around electricity.
With two office locations in Osborne Park, we have a rewarding opportunity available for an experienced dynamic RTO Administration Coordinator, to play a critical role our registered training organisation. This integral and responsible role focuses on providing the best quality student experience from enrolment through to graduation and beyond.

The opportunity Coex Training has a rewarding opportunity available for an experienced dynamic RTO Administration Coordinator, to join our team and play a critical role in our growing registered training organisation. This integral and responsible role focuses on administration compliance, student management system (aXcelerate), processes and procedures and the overall management of the administration function. 
The role will include:
Coordination of the administration function of a small team with focus on Administration Excellence.Maintaining RTO and DTWD compliance requirements though systems such as RAPT/TAMS,.Oversee the invoicing process within aXcelerate, ensuring accuracy and timely executionWorking closely with trainers on the processes and procedures for administration compliance.Continuous improvement, in order to achieve effective and efficient processing of student records and claims with a compliance focus.Reporting using the online Student Management System (aXcelerate)Coordination of administration processes for multiple sites. About You: Our ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and knowledge to effectively and efficiently drive the administration function forward through the growth phase of our RTO. You will also have:
Previous experience working in a senior or coordinator role in an RTO Administration capacity.Demonstrated knowledge of WA State Funding contracts and DTWD's Business Rules.Invoicing/Accounts Payable experience Focus on continuous improvementProven ability to communicate at a high level, both written and verbally.High level of attention to detail.Experience working with aXcelerate Student Management System High level of computer literacy in Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel.Experience with multi-faceted tasks and the ability to handle a constantly changing and varied work environment.
