Administration Assistant - Registered Training Organisation The College for Australian Early Childhood Educators (CAECE) Pty Ltd RTO#40933 is a Registered Training Organisation owned and operated by the peak body for privately owned early childhood education and care, Australian Childcare Alliance Queensland (ACA Qld). CAECE delivers workplace-accredited training in the Certificate III and Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care from our office in Underwood, Brisbane.
We are seeking a full-time administrative assistant to provide support to the administration team. You will work closely with our Administration and Compliance Officer, and Training Operations Manager to ensure all administrative and regulatory requirements are met to guarantee our ongoing compliance.
Your key role responsibilities: Daily administration tasks such as filing, scanning, emailing, answering phone calls, photocopying Responding in a timely manner to student administrative and support requests.Providing friendly and attentive services in person, by phone and through email to current and prospective students, employers and CAECE Training and Assessors.Maintaining a consistent flow of enrolment administrative tasks ensuring that process is followed meticulously.Ensuring that administrative requirements are met with efficiency and programs are compliant with Queensland Government funding guidelines, industry standards and client expectations.We are looking for a highly motivated person who has the drive to learn and be a part of a professional and vibrant team.
The position: Monday to Friday, full time, 38 hours per week. There is no working from home component to this role.
