RSM People are recruiting a self-motivated individual to assist in all things admin. This position will provide variety and your duties may include but are not limited to:
Processing invoices and customer orders Picking and packing customer orders Raising and processing purchase orders General administration and reception duties (email enquiries, incoming and outgoing calls and walk-ins) Opening and closing duties The below characteristics will assist you to succeed in this role: Strong numeracy and literacy skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent computer literacy/knowledge To be considered for this excellent opportunity you must: Have a right to work in Australia (Australian Birth Certificate/Passport/Citizenship or Working Visa without restrictions) Have extensive administration experience Be physically fit Hold a current C class licence & have reliable transport Have a commitment to adhere to both RSM People's and the Host Employer's workplace health and safety procedures, policies and relevant statutory legislation Without any hesitations, don't miss out on this opportunity and apply now.
