Position Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will be working with clients as part of a broader project team to support the design and delivery of systems. Utilising principles of design thinking, you will work to deliver tailored products and services to meet the client's broader goals.
Key Responsibilities: Work with business SMEs, IT, and project teams to analyse business requirements to understand business needs Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document functional and non-functional requirements Apply Service Design principles to ensure the development of user-friendly solutions Support the functioning of an Agile delivery team to ensure processes and methods match business needs Develop process maps with as-is and to-be process analysis Support project team across a range of ad hoc tasks Education Requirements: Essential: Bachelor's degree (Accounting or Information Technology) Desirable: Business Analysis Agile certification (AgileBA, BABOK Agile or other) Demonstrated Experience & Attributes: Essential: 3 plus years in a similar role NV1 Security Clearance or ability to secure clearance Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and other Agile principles Strong stakeholder engagement skills Understanding of Service Design principles Desirable: Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Visio Consulting experience within federal government is a major advantage Life at RSM:
