The Role: Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us full-time in either Sydney or Melbourne. Reporting to our General Manager of Infrastructure, you will play an integral role in identifying, attracting, and placing top engineering talent within our teams. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will shape recruitment strategies, create engaging candidate experiences, and ensure we continue to attract the very best professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process for Electrical Design Engineers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies that attract top engineering talent aligned with our business needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their specific needs and the unique skills required for each role. Actively develop and leverage local networks and industry connections to tap into the best engineering talent pools. Continuously refine sourcing methods, utilising the latest recruitment tools, platforms, and networking channels to locate the best candidates. About You: To be successful in this role, you will require:
Proven experience in engineering recruitment, with a strong emphasis on Electrical Design roles. A deep understanding of the electrical engineering industry, trends, and skill sets. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment.
