We are looking to employ a project manager to oversee projects up to a value of $2M and make a difference in the communities we operate in by delivering projects into organisations including but not limited to charities, church based, and not for profit organisations.
A construction professional with prior experience in the industry who values a contribution to the community by using their skills to deliver projects to a wide client base. Your vehicle is a growing company with a strong strategy guided by a philosophy of "We Care".

About You You will require:
Relevant qualifications in project management and building & construction. Ensure safe and appropriate building methods are applied while delivering projects. Clear leadership skills and demonstrated ability to build, lead and manage teams. Strong stakeholder communication and management skills and experience. Ability to identify potential risks and devise a plan to deal with them. Employ customer service by attending to client's needs, addressing their issues, and upholding a high standard of workmanship. A history of delivering successful projects in the commercial construction market. A strong understanding/skills of both contracts management and procurement processes.
