Responsible for managing a large debt case load autonomously.

Responsible for recovering debts on behalf of the Council including both Adult Social Care and Corporate debts and others.

Responsible for maintaining an accurate record of all files, including the status of them, value of debt and sum recovered.

Advising the client directorate appropriately and keeping them updated.

Issuing court proceedings to include preparing all relevant Court papers.

Advising and assisting others within the team to include reviewing the work of Legal Assistants.

Advocacy as and when required.

Working from home option available.

Umbrella hourly rate – £62.54
