Architecting Capability• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess automation feasibility.• Design/Architecture of the product/solution.• Design RPA process solutions in accordance with standard client design principles and conventions.• Ensure the product/solution architecture is scalable and extensible.• Ensure client requirements are translated into functional specifications and eventually into a detailed level design.• Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand using Robotics technologies such as UIPath, BluePrism, etc.Automation Road-map• Adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
Interaction with senior management at a client and/or within the client is required, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.• Some latitude in decision-making is involved.
You will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
The decisions made in this role have a major day-to-day impact on the area of responsibility.
The person manages large to medium-sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or their client.
