Our client is a well-know client in the Financial Services sector.
They are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer with expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline and enhance business processes.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of robotic process automation (RPA) and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex problems.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements, and build scalable solutions.
Responsibilities: Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Translate business requirements into functional automation workflows.
Create reusable components and libraries for scalable automation solutions.
Implement robust testing protocols to ensure automation accuracy and reliability.
Conduct unit and integration testing of RPA solutions to identify and resolve issues.
Work with stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing and collect feedback for iterative improvements.
Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes in production.
Optimize and refactor existing workflows for performance improvements.
Provide ongoing support to ensure high availability and reliability of RPA solutions.
Document automation solutions, processes, and any configuration changes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout the RPA lifecycle.
Maintain up-to-date documentation to support maintenance and scaling efforts.
Partner with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
Provide training and knowledge sharing to other team members and stakeholders.
Stay current with UiPath updates and RPA trends to drive innovation.
Requirements: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath.
Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
Experience with process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
Prefer someone who has experience in Financial Services sector.
Experience in programming languages: Python or R. Solid understanding of API integrations and web services.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or in a team.
Nice to have: UiPath RPA Developer certification.
Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
