Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and personable professional to join our team as a Royal Service Agent. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling inquiries and requests with exceptional care and efficiency. Job Duties Include: Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance and add a personalized experience.Processing all external and internal calls by redirecting calls or directly assisting the caller.Taking ownership of the caller's requests or complaints and ensuring follow-up according to the hotel's standards.Maintaining knowledge and awareness of all departments within the hotel, particularly Housekeeping, Maintenance, Resort Activities, Guest Services, and Food & Beverage.Maintaining accurate records of guest calls to maintain data integrity.Maintaining knowledge of the hotel's emergency procedures and dispatching as required.Other duties as assigned.Your Skills & Qualifications: Must be legally able to work in Canada.Service-focused personality is essential.Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is an asset.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.Comfortable sitting for long periods of the day.Additional Information: Subsidized staff accommodation provided on-site for full-time status employees.One complimentary meal per shift in our staff cafeteria (additional meals can be purchased for $4/meal).Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Vision & Dental) including extended benefits like Mental Health, Orthodontics, Fertility Drugs, and Gender Affirmation for full-time permanent status employees.Defined Contribution Pension Plan with employer matching up to 5% of annual earnings for full-time permanent status employees.Employee travel program with discounts on room rates as well as on food & beverage at Fairmont & Accor properties worldwide.Access to the Mountain Explorer Travel Program – exclusive room rates for colleagues, which includes 50% off all food & beverage when staying at Fairmont Resorts in Lake Louise, Jasper & Whistler.Discounts while using our resort's Food & Beverage Outlets, Fitness Centre, Spa, and Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Courses.Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
