About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Head of Marketing, Brand & Engagement to lead a skilled team and oversee the development and execution of annual brand, marketing, engagement, and communication strategies. Your key focus will be supporting the growth of the organisation and ensuring effective representation and awareness of the RFDS brand in the community. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team across marketing, communication, and engagement, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Collaborate with RFDS Victoria leaders to deliver marketing, digital, and communication strategies that drive growth in health services, fundraising, partnerships, and business development functions. Deliver a brand strategy for RFDS Victoria, driving consistency in identity, messaging, and design assets. Grow the RFDS brand through campaigns, content, media, and social media strategies, while optimising digital engagement. Expand RFDS Victoria's youth marketing and education programs to strengthen future brand health. Set clear goals, monitor progress, and optimise performance across marketing, communication, and engagement portfolios. Lead the stakeholder management, government engagement and events strategy delivering meaningful engagement opportunities across key stakeholder audiences. To be successful, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/PR/Business or a related discipline. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. At least 10 years' experience in marketing, communications, and brand. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including strong writing, oral, and editorial abilities, and confidence in presenting to Executive and Board. Creative with attention to detail, including experience with digital marketing, SEO, campaign and channel management. Strong analytical skills, with experience leveraging data and insights to drive decisions and optimise performance. Exceptional skills in writing, editing, reporting, presentation and research. Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and the right to work in Australia.
