The Opportunity: As a Member Solutions Consultant, you will engage with current and potential members from your local area to discuss their needs, answer their questions, and provide solutions by showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
What you need to know: Location : Geraldton
Working hours : Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm (37.5 hours per week)
Salary : Starting at $60,381.17pa + shift loading / penalties + super + more
What will you be doing: Manage member enquiries by engaging with them in person or via phone/email. Provide support and accurate general advice or up-to-date information on products and services. Build and maintain relationships with members, recommending products tailored to suit their individual needs. What we are looking for: As a member-based organisation, alignment to our values is essential, and we are looking for a seasoned customer service professional with sales experience, ideally in a busy, multi-tasking environment. Experience in achieving KPIs/targets both individually & as part of a team. The ability to adapt & flex within a changing work environment, embracing and participating positively in change. Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen & relate well to others. The ability to demonstrate empathy and resilience in assisting members in difficult situations. Strong computer literacy and the ability to use many applications at once while having conversations. What can we offer you?
