RACQ is seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Sales Lead to spearhead and oversee the sales operations of our travel products and services. This newly created role offers an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in delivering high-quality travel experiences, achieving revenue and volume targets, and driving the continued success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Align goals and initiatives with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to streamline processes and maximise member satisfaction.
Drive sales and ensure that our products remain compelling and competitive by engaging with key stakeholders and external partners.
Work with Finance and Analytics to refine offerings and make informed decisions based on product performance.
Oversee the sales function for our travel products, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a seamless client experience.
Track sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed financial goals.
About you:
The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a passion for travel and customer satisfaction. They excel at collaborating with teams, building key relationships, and using data to drive decisions. Their approach motivates teams, optimises sales processes, and ensures financial goals are met while keeping products competitive.
Strong expertise in product lifecycle management, market research, and pricing strategy to drive product success and market competitiveness.
Proficiency with project management tools and software, as well as travel booking and customer relationship management (CRM) systems for seamless operational execution.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in managing relationships and delivering high-quality products.
Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into compelling travel products that resonate with target markets.
Strategic thinker with a customer-centered approach, consistently focusing on delivering innovative, high-impact product solutions.
