Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who is looking for a busy role that involves true talent partnering. As our new Talent Acquisition Partner - Volume, you will develop strong relationships and deliver a great recruitment service to a range of stakeholders/candidates within the volume space of our business.
In this role, you will partner with various business leaders to coordinate and facilitate effective and efficient talent strategies to attract, source, and onboard volume talent. You will be responsible for end-to-end volume recruitment, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and pace while providing a great candidate experience. Our inclusive and supportive talent team environment will provide you with all the support you need. We offer flexibility in this role with the understanding that assessment centres will be attended in person at our Eight Mile Plains location.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Partnering with business leaders to create innovative recruitment/sourcing & candidate assessment strategies. Developing sourcing plans specific to business lines, building a pipeline of diverse talent by attending career fairs, researching and contacting community services, universities, and utilising social media. Organising and attending assessment centres on a regular basis. Providing exceptional candidate service and ensuring timely feedback is shared with any unsuccessful candidates. Proactive planning of recruitment campaigns within the volume business lines to attract suitable talent based on the needs of our departments. Skills & Experience:
Experience proactively sourcing and building pathways to attract volume talent. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to consult, negotiate, and influence business stakeholders and senior decision-makers. Thrive on providing an exceptional candidate & hiring manager experience in a dynamic environment. Highly resilient with strong attention to detail. Problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly regarding the development and implementation of viable talent initiatives/solutions. Strong collaboration and teamwork tendencies to support others. Experience leading volume recruitment and selection campaigns. Experience with relevant HR Systems and technologies including Oracle Taleo. Why join RACQ?
