14/14 days only roster | FIFO from Perth to the Roy Hill Mine Family friendly even time roster to achieve true life/work balance Multiple Benefits for all employees applicable to all facets of their life Company contribution towards private health cover for employees and immediate family About the role: The Process Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Supervisor Condition Monitoring to join them on a 14 Days on, 14 Days off Roster based at Roy Hill mine site. Reporting to the Superintendent Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for the optimisation of equipment availability and reliability through the safe and effective execution of condition monitoring and lubrication plans and analysis of critical data.
Duties: Manage Condition Monitoring Programs to ensure equipment reliability Supervisor Lubrication tasks ensuring all tasks are performed accurately and on schedule Conduct Inspections, Analyse Data and ensure compliance to identify equipment failures and routinely audit for quality Provide visual leadership to the workforce within the maintenance team, reinforcing the risk-based, safety systems Skills and Experience: Extensive demonstrated experience in a leadership role in a fixed plant maintenance environment Tertiary qualification in an engineering or similar technical field or trade equivalent Vibration analysis VCAT-I, VCAT-II Machinery Lubrication Technician (MLT I) Mine Site Facilities: Modern, comfortable camp accommodation High quality gourmet food options (vegan, gluten free and healthy options) Large fully equipped gym facility, as well as a gym specifically for females Heated outdoor swimming pool Beach Volleyball court and Golf simulators Village shop and extensive supporting amenities SWIFT in-room entertainment with comprehensive content and own-device casting capability Active social club with community events and activities for employees Lifestyle, Learning and Recreation initiative which provide events for your family About the Company: Roy Hill is a world class mining company, leading the way through innovative, integrated mining rail and port operations, to export iron ore safely and efficiently from West Australia's Pilbara region.
