We are currently seeking a dynamic Principal Project Lead - Roy Hill Operating System to spearhead the implementation of our Roy Hill Operating System. Partnering with business leaders, you will craft a comprehensive rollout plan and ensure its seamless execution. Reporting to the Manager Productivity, this role demands exceptional project and program management skills, coupled with the ability to coach and guide business leaders to success.

Duties Develop and design a comprehensive implementation plan for the operating system rollout Oversee and manage the execution of the implementation plan, ensuring timely and successful delivery Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of the new operating system Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Create and update documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for the operating system Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and refining the implementation process Skills and Experience Extensive project/program management experience with experience in Lean, productivity, or improvement methodologies Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field, along with project management certification Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to positively influence all levels within the business Proven ability to coach and mentor leaders effectively Skilled in managing complexity and driving change through innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic business environment How to apply Click APPLY to submit your application.
