About The Role:
We are seeking 2 Construction Supervisors, with experience working on Main Roads Western Australia (MRWA) projects in remote regions of Western Australia.
Reporting to the Superintendent and the Package Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the Marble Bar Road project, part of the McPhee Creek mine development.
This includes, but is not limited to, coordination and supervision of site works, including contractor management, day-to-day reporting and management, and ensuring the highest quality work and safety is adhered to at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of Civil/Construction operations to meet project time frames and budget.
Responsible for overseeing and managing the contractors.
Supervise, prepare, and organise the civil construction activities related to the project, with the Engineers and Project Superintendent.
Work closely with Project Scheduler to ensure all works are allocated to the contractors.
Management of all site health and safety requirements, including JHA's, permits to work, isolations, risk assessments, and key safety requirements, to ensure the highest quality work and safety is adhered to at all times.
Carry out regular routine site machinery inspections to identify and rectify risks/hazards.
Identify, report and record any non-conformances, incidences or near misses as required by the quality management system.
Attend project progress meetings, outlining work schedules and project progress.
Minimum 10 years' experience in a Civil Supervisor role, ideally gained within the Mining/Civil Construction sector.
Technical knowledge of civil earthworks including standards and MRWA requirements and main roads delivery experience in civil earthworks, road, civil, and infrastructure construction.
Minimum 5 years' experience in contractor management, ideally with multiple contractors across a number of different sites.
Current Driver's License, White card, and work rights.
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive construction programs.
The ability to work away on a 12/9 FIFO roster.
