The Remuneration & Benefits team is currently seeking an Advisor Remuneration & Benefits to join them on a Monday-Friday basis at Perth.
Reporting to the Manager Remuneration, you will be responsible for providing support and administration of the Roy Hill Benefits and Recognition programs as well as analysis around remuneration and benefits benchmarking.
Duties:
Support the implementation and alignment of Remuneration and Benefits initiatives and services that respond to both short-term and long-term business priorities.
Support the development of tools and education of both P&C and employees on compliance requirements.
Participate and support the annual remuneration and benefits processes including the annual salary review and incentive program.
Participate and support job analysis and job evaluation processes aligned to the remuneration framework.
Support the completion of salary and benefits survey data submissions to remuneration consultants as required.
Support the completion of statutory reporting.
Contribute to ongoing People and Culture projects as required.
Liaise and administer the We are Roy Hill benefits program, systems, and providers.
Analyse remuneration and benefits programs and usage to benchmark and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Skills and Experience:
Qualification in human resources, psychology, or commerce is desirable.
Experience in generalist Human Resource Management or related field.
Experience in designing and implementing compliant and supportive HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Experience in Mining, Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries is desirable.
Advanced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Previously managed integrated HR Information Systems such as SuccessFactors and SAP.
