We are seeking to appoint a highly organised team player to coordinate the administration of our successful Rowing Program. The Rowing Administration Coordinator works side by side with the Head of Rowing and our rowing community providing support to all aspects of the program including regattas, communications, fundraising and marketing. Contact with students, parents and staff is also a key aspect of this role. Flexibility and a 'can do attitude' are needed in this diverse, exciting and fun position. The Rowing Administration Coordinator will bring the following experience and attributes to the role: Experience in administration and/or equivalent experience with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in fundraising/event management and/or equivalent experience. Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with students, staff, parents and key stakeholders. Highly motivated and well organised with proven ability to work under minimal supervision. Demonstrated high level of computer literacy and use of social media with ability to manage and adapt to new systems. This is a six month contract, coinciding with the rowing season and we anticipate a starting date of Monday 30 September, however this is negotiable.
