About the role FIFO from Perth.8:6 Family-friendly roster.Identify learning and development improvement opportunities that will facilitate accelerated training pathways.Develop and drive stakeholder engagement and establish relationships with sites to allow open and productive communication and information exchange.Advise and assist the Macmahon site training departments to maintain and manage the process for training and reporting systems (LMS).About you Hold current Certificate IV in Training & Assessing.Competent in operating and training on a variety of surface mining machinery and operational processes.Solid computer skills and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to work autonomously and build relationships quickly.Previous experience in production surface environment.Nationally accredited competencies relevant to surface operations e.g.
