Our client is seeking a dynamic Roving General Manager to oversee aged care facilities across VIC, NSW & TAS. In this pivotal role, you'll provide exceptional support to our facilities in need, ensuring continuity of care and management excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage aged care facilities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Support facilities during extended leave periods of local managers, stepping in to maintain high-quality service.Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and inclusivity among staff and residents.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative care solutions.Monitor and evaluate facility performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives.What We Offer:
