Roving Facility Manager | Aged Care

The Opportunity The role of 'Roving' Facility Manager (AHPRA registration preferred) will see the successful applicant work across all of our SEQ facilities.
Southeast QLD - Infinite Care (infin8care.com.au) The role will also act as the "right hand" to our State Manager and require you to:
Travel regularly between our facilities located across SEQ.Travel when required to cover any of our other facilities as needed across Australia.Offer support as a Care Manager when required, provided AHPRA registration is in place.Manage a skilled workforce, and by doing so deliver excellent resident-centric care.Meet compliance objectives and ensure safe and effective care.Actively manage occupancy rates, labour costs, and operational expenditure.Drive a resident and family-centered culture through engagement and consultation.About You You may be an experienced State or Regional Manager who has previously run multiple facilities and is now looking to "scale back" the scope of their role, or you may be a Facility Manager looking to take that next "intermediate" step before moving into a State, Regional, or Operations Management role in the future.
Either way, you will need to be an excellent leader and communicator who is innovative in their thinking and has strong attention to detail.
You'll love being out on the road, with no two days the same.
You'll Also Have: Current unrestricted AHPRA registration (preferred).An intimate knowledge of aged care accreditation standards and legislation.A strong working knowledge of aged care funding mechanisms.A leadership style that instills confidence and enables those in your charge to focus on the provision of excellence in the areas of clinical care and customer service.Business development, networking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.A deep empathy and genuine care for aged care residents.A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or apply via How to apply NDIS).A proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.A commitment to adopt a safety-first approach to daily tasks and support colleagues at all times.A commitment to attend safety-specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.The willingness to propose safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction, and incident reporting.If you would like to know more about us or this position, please call the recruitment specialist managing this assignment, Victoria, via .
