Roving Clinical Quality And Education Manager

Lead Group Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Quality and Education Manager for a beautiful Residential Aged Care organisation to work across 3 sites in the Northern Rivers of NSW.
This is a fantastic opportunity to live where others holiday while working with a highly regarded aged care organisation. You will be part of a team that offers a fantastic support system, allowing you to work directly alongside a Facility Manager, multiple Clinical Managers, AN-ACC support, an in-house quality education team, and a 24-hour team of Registered Nurses and Care staff.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the homes with Accreditation, Quality oversight, clinical governance, compliance, and staff education, working collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service provision.
