About the Opportunity Working in the Roving Clinical Operations role, your primary focus is to act as a Clinical Practice Lead and work with the clinical leadership teams within the Homes and networks to deliver sustainable clinical practice improvements. Working side by side on the floor with our Registered Nurses you will be a role model of clinical excellence and teachings.
Your portfolio of homes will cover Victoria.
Key Responsibilities Mentor, train and develop less experienced clinical care teamsProvide education sessions for clinical and care teams as requiredIdentify clinical and care trends of their residentsReflect upon and question the rationale of care and treatment plansSupport the implementation of clinical and care improvement plans and projectsProvide a reliable and informed home and network view of clinical qualityUtilise observations, audits and reports to assist in the implementation of improvement plans/outcomesAnalyse and research clinical data, patterns and trends in partnership with the Care Manager and General ManagerProvide feedback on the Quality Management System (QMS) including the reporting functionality through TRAXParticipate in clinical quality best practice and improvement projectsMaintain up to date knowledge of changes to legislation and clinical guidelinesWork with the Learning & Development team to create appropriate learning, development and educational activitiesAbout You Min 2 years + experience as a Clinical leaderProven track record in clinical improvement project deliveryYou have extensive clinical practice speciality in complex health care, palliative care and/or dementiaRegistered Nurse with experience in mentoring individualsStrong understanding of Quality Management SystemsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to continuous learning in self and others and a drive for improvement and best practicePost graduate certificate/diploma in health-related disciplineLeadership or training qualificationThe benefits: Salary packaging & tax benefits up to $15,900 tax free & additional $2,600 entertainmentCareer progression and development opportunitiesRange of employee benefits & discounts (300+)Supportive and collaborative work cultureAPPLY NOW if you share our vision and values and want to join us in changing the face of Aged Care.
